GEP Submission Forms for 2014-2015
The Course Submission Form is to be used for submitting a GEP course action for adding a course to the GEP or for GEP course review.
There is a course submission form for each GEP Category.
If requesting a course be added to more than one GEP category, complete a form for each category.
For help with drafting course student learning outcomes for a GEP category, contact Dr. Carrie Zelna, Office of Assessment

NOTE: If, in review of the course to meet the GEP objectives, there is a need to update the course due to a change in content, catalog description, required textbooks, course student learning outcomes or evaluation components of a course, the course should be updated using a course action form and full syllabus to be reviewed by UCCC and then will be forwarded to CUE for review along with the GEP course submission form.

Submitting the CSF for Approval
Routing for a completed GEP Course Submission Form, for adding a course to a GEP list or for review to remain on a list, requires approval by the Department Head, College Course and Curriculum Committee, and College Dean before submitting via the College Liaison to the Office of Undergraduate Courses and Curriculum for routing to CUE.
Faculty are welcome and encouraged to attend CUE in support of their action. Please notify your CUE representative that the action has been submitted for CUE review and are planning to attend.
