Meeting Schedule

For Fall 2013 and Spring 2014, the Student Health Committee will meet on 11/12/13, 1/14/14, 2/11/14, 4/29/14 at 3pm in rm. 2309, and 5/13/14 at 2pm in rm. 2309 in the Student Health Center. Other meetings are scheduled as necessary.

1. In consultation with the Vice Provost for Student Development, Health and Wellness, advise the Vice Chancellor and Dean for Academic and Student Affairs.
2. Identify student health needs and make periodic recommendations to improve the program, including continual review of the student health services and preventive medications, health promotion, the student insurance program, etc.
3. Interpret for the University community the approved policies, regulations and practices.
4. Consult with the Faculty Senate’s Resources and Environment Committee for consideration of matters pertaining to the academic mission of the University.
